Bluewater Bay has 36 holes available for play and features four 9-hole courses designed by world-renowned golf architects Tom Fazio and Jerry Pate. The Magnolia, Bay, Marsh and Lake courses each have unique layouts to take advantage of the terrain and natural surroundings.

The Lake/Marsh course is 6,857 yards, 18-holes and is a par 72; and the Magnolia/Bay course is 6,608 yards, 18-hole, par 72. Guests can play along the shoreline of the Choctawhatchee Bay and move through southern woodlands followed by a journey through a pristine wetland area.
